Herewith we offer you one of the few, still original renovated Fincas (approx. 160 years old). It lies in a peculiar landscape between mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. To preserve the old building essence and the character of the finca, the original windows, doors and gates were partly restored or replaced by the same old ones from an antique trade shop. Also the roof was partly renewed and rebuilt using the old bricks. The 40cm thick outer walls offer a welcome cooling down inside the house during the hot summer months. In the entrance area you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the garden. On the large terrace in the swimming pool area you can enjoy the sunset and in the master bedroom the small terrace offers an uninterrupted view of the Mondúber mountain range and the surrounding plantations.This finca is located 5km from Gandia town. The medieval old town, famous by the noble family Borja (Pope Alexander VI) offers culture, beach location and a good infrastructure.
