My favourite corner

In every house I have lived in, I have had a favourite corner in which to escape from the frenetic pace of our day-to-day life.  When I entered this flat it was clear to me, my favourite corner would be the terrace.   The living room is very luminous and the terrace gave me a very good vibe.  I can already imagine myself having dinner with friends and having a few drinks on this terrace. And the best thing? I am in the middle of the Arenal.  I can go to the beach without having to take the car.  I can go for dinner or a drink and I'll be home in less than 2 minutes. Isn't this a luxury?
